Studied Law at the University of Valladolid (1986). Licensed through the School of Legal Practice (1987). Member of the Valladolid College of Attorneys since 1986. Member of his Governing Board as a Deputy numbers 8, 4, and 3 between 1997 and 2004. Was a Professor of Corporate Law at the Valladolid University School of Labour Relations between 1989 and 2007. Specialised in Civil Law, Corporate Law and Labour Law.
